Terms

A request on this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking and not a payment. A stay starts only when both sides sign a rental agreement.

Published monthly rents are USD 1,750 at Bungalowpark and USD 1,000 at Nieuwe Grond. Extra services are quoted separately.

Viewings are by appointment. Please do not arrive unannounced.

Deposit, minimum stay, house rules and utility billing are set out in the quote and the rental agreement. Amounts marked [TBC] on this site are not yet published.

These terms are governed by the laws of Suriname. They are a plain-language summary for the website, not a substitute for the rental contract.
